Most people call me Ale, some Sandra. I grew up in Tuscany, in Massa-Carrara. I also lived in London, Paris, Florence and Milan, before exploring further countries. I currently live in Jerusalem.
I had to and wanted to reinvent myself several times. After the university studies in Interpreting and Translation, a carrier as a freelance and teacher, I approached Biodanza and was so excited that, after a 4-years school, I certified as Teacher in 2008 and later as Didactic teacher at the School of Bologna (www.biodanzabologna.it). About Biodanza I say: it”opened up a world” to new emotions and to a new self-expression. My life changed again. In 2010, I moved to Central African Republic where I worked on humanitarian aid projects with and for local populations, especially in orphanages, and on Biodanza® projects for the expat community. Then I moved to Chad where I happily taught at the French School. Later, I arrived to Jerusalem where I met Claudia, the creator of Expatclic and, after following her course for a Portable Career, I decided to train and then certified as a Life Coach in 2013. I’m specialized in personal and career transitions. I also offer Integrative Coaching focused on balancing mind & body. Currently, I teach Biodanza classes for children and adults and propose coaching sessions on Skype. I have just launched a new project which is focused on managing emotions through body expression and Bioneuroemotional therapy. I’m attending an intensive course to certify as NLP Pratictioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming). I volunteer with various non-profit organisations in different sectors … including now with Expatclic!
